Convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious, comfortable room with plenty of mirrors. Enjoyable afternoon tea, except for the scones.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The room was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The staff were very friendly and gave an impeccable service in all areas of the hotel. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar area and the special diet menus were a bonus.

Recommending this place to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We had no complaints and left feeling satisfied with our experience.

The noise from the street and other hotel rooms can be quite disruptive, making it difficult to achieve a peaceful night's sleep.

It was as expected, had a perfectly pleasant stay. Helpful staff, huge room, in general I loved this cheap hotel. I slept so comfy in the very clean bed. Excellent services. Besides, the parking was nearby.

The hotel was centrally located and close to the Manchester Arena. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the scrambled eggs were excellent. The decor of the room was stylish and the AC worked well for a comfortable stay.

Charming staff, perfect location short walk to the centre, restaurants, theatre. We were lucky enough to get twin room for reasonable prices. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was brand-new.
